Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

•  All requests for returns must be made within 60 days of invoice date. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to cabinets by Designs’ error or a quality issue. 
• Returns include the item number, quantity and reason for return. Items should be in original packaging, unassembled, and shipped with care to avoid damage. Items received with damage may not be credited.
